Kamala was mocked and ridiculed abroad with protest signs that greeted her upon landing in Guatemala City, and soon after the conservative Guatemalan president made it clear that he had no love for her either, blaming Biden for this year’s migrant crisis on the Southern US border. It has all the hallmarks of a government readying itself for a general election.
