The FF Plus strongly condemns the apparently blatant racial discrimination of General Smuts High School in Vereeniging who fired sixteen white teachers and administrative staff because the school apparently “could not afford them” but soon replaced them with black staff members. Cabinet approves hate speech, hate crimes bill -Double standard no doubt!

The Bill, once passed, is expected to help eradicate not only racism but all forms of discrimination, the justice department says.
The Cabinet has announced it had approved a bill that will criminalise hate crimes and hate speech.
The Prevention and Combatting of Hate Crime and Hate Speech Bill will now be sent to parliament for processing.
