Robbers made off with Tshwane Mayor Solly Msimanga, Mercedes-Benz early on Saturday morning. Msimanga was targeted while leaving a restaurant in Midrand.

The five were allegedly part of a group of people who attempted to invade vacant, privately owned land in Waterfall.
