A driver who transported 50 pupils in a 15-seat taxi was arrested in the Eastern Cape.
The 33-year-old taxi driver was caught in KwaDwesi, Port Elizabeth at about 07:00 on Wednesday, with more than three times the legal number of occupants in his taxi.
