The leader of the EFF, Julius Malema, believes his lawyer is innocent. The attorney, Tumi Mokoena, has already appeared in court on charges of attempted murder after he apparently shot at farm workers at the Zebediela Citrus farm. He has now been released on bail of R10 000. Apparently, the workers tried to chase him..
