Since 1994, the ANC has placed much emphasis on the “redistribution of wealth” and then land owned by whites is also seen as part of the redistribution.
The ANC regime stated that 30% of the land had to be purchased over the 25-year term, an expert concluded that this was supposed to be completed before April 2019.
Now it seems that the regime could not even succeed to purchase a mere 7% of the proposed land within 25 years.
This means that only 1% of the land was bought every three years, which is hopelessly under target.
Experts say the promises made by the regime entice black voters have not been met yet, and it explains why there is rebellion among the people.
In addition, the current land grab must be seen in the same light, because after 25 years of failure, the regime only realized that their ideology had not worked in practice.
The best option for the regime is to take the ground from whites without paying for it, as voting time are nearby, experts say.
