U.S. Embassy Warns of ‘near-term’ ISIS attacks against Americans in South Africa

The U.S. Embassy in South Africa issued a statement Saturday (4th June), warning U.S. citizens about the threat of “near-term attacks against places where U.S. citizens congregate in South Africa, such as upscale shopping areas and malls in Johannesburg and Cape Town.”

The embassy said the warning was issued after ISIS called on its militants to “carry out terrorist attacks globally during the upcoming month of Ramadan.”

Is this a sign of SA being setup to be a regime change target?
