Man burnt to death in mob justice attack in Limpopo

Police have condemned ongoing mob-justice in the province after a man was burnt to death in his vehicle following an attack near Ga-Mokgotho village in Limpopo.

Police spokesperson lieutenant colonel Moatshe’ Ngoepe said the community had received information of a planned business robbery and had lain in wait for the perpetrators.

Limpopo school set alight

A fire was started in the administration building of Shondoni Secondary School in Vuwani outside Thohoyandou in Limpopo on Friday morning.

Brig. Police spokesperson Motlafela Mojapelo said the fire was discovered around 05:16 face. “The police were called to the scene. The principal of the school was the first to be informed of the fire. When the officials arrived at the scene, the building was already destroyed. “
