Employers may advertise posts stating that it is an affirmative action post, which means that the opening will be relegated to non-whites only, but if someone has a work opportunity for whites only, it is inadmissible.
It became clear again when a recruitment agency, People Solved, had removed such an advertisement from their website.
A director of People Solved, Simon Hill, considered the advertisement as “unacceptable” and it was removed.
The post was for a digital designer. Hill did not want to say who the firm was who placed the advertisement, but he threatened to stop doing business with them in the future.
